This is Thomas Yeh in Taiwan, I'm now working on the translation of Indo-Parthian Kingdom, English version into traditional Chinese.

Can I ask who was the "Senior" as cited above in the English version?

關於格式 {link-en|中文|English}，還有 {ill|中文|en|English}}

我偶爾會碰到網友，把我放在沙盒的 {link-en|中文|English} （譬如{link-en|活性成分|active ingredient} ） 改成{ill|活性成分|en|active ingredient}}的格式。

我的印象是，等我把翻譯好的文章發表的時候，這個格式{ill|活性成分|en|active ingredient}}就有問題。

不曉得有哪位先進可以指點一下，為何會有人利用這樣的{ill|活性成分|en|active ingredient}}格式？

Categories

The rules on categories on user pages are laid out in WP:USERNOCAT - there should not be active categories on articles in your sandbox. And there should not be active categories in a language that is not English anywhere on en.wiki - if you want to edit an article in another language, then it would be normal to edit it in your user sandbox on that language's version of Wikipedia. So that's two reasons why you shouldn't have live categories in Chinese on your en.wiki sandbox, and editors will always disable them if they find them. Yes that means you have to remove the colons in categories that you move from the sandbox, but that's correct - otherwise you could have a category that is full of sandbox articles which makes it hard for users to find the current "live" version of the article. It's not difficult for you to remove those colons - or just copy and paste the text of the article without the categories if you're that bothered by it. I've lived in Indonesia for 30 years and have read many sources on this topic. Thank you for your message. I do have translated recently several Wikipedia articles including "Palm oil production in Indonesia" and "Deforestation in Indonesia" into traditional Chinese, but I couldn't remember what sort of questions I'd asked, and with whom, my poor memory. As for "Soicial and environmental impact of palm oil" , I think the best policy for me to read is to translate it. I'll do that some time soon.
