You have already been told by @MusikAnimal that your article is not ready for being in the mainspace, which is why @MusikAnimal created Draft:Rachael West. When/If the article is ever ready and shows that the subject is sufficiently notable then and only then can it be on the mainspace. Quis separabit? 02:05, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@MusikAnimal I updated the Draft:Rachael West - I cant upload any pictures yet. Would love to have access to add pictures. Sorry about publishing to the mainspace first. I plan on continue to add content. I am worried about my orginal page getting deleted bc I tried to publish before submitting. Is there anything I need to do now that I have submitted the draft? Hello! In order to upload pictures your account must be confirmed which your account is not. What pictures are you trying to add? If they are freely licensed, you can upload them to our free image repository, call the Commons. Otherwise you will need to go through our files for upload process. Alternatively, you can simply wait another three days, when your account will be automatically confirmed.
I also see you have attempted to add references but have done so incorrectly. I can try to help you with that... but in the meantime you should review our referencing guide at Help:Referencing for beginners just so you are aware of how it works.
Finally, there is nothing you need to do right now while your draft is awaiting review. But of course, feel free to improve it as much as you can! My gut instinct is the subject is notable, but I'm a little busy at the moment so unfortunately can't look too much into it right now.
