i want to complete page on the dam.

could someone please put the name of the country that dam is in, in the article - we are not all americane. some one has got rid of my putting the name of the country in the article.

What Dam?

Please specify which dam is under discussion. The article on Wells Dam clearly states that the dam is in the United States. Sorry, but most of us Americans tend to think that anything we write is understood to be about the US. Also, the stub clearly specifies that it is about a United States dam. It looks like you're back in business again. And, as I was the first one you told about reviving the dead, I would ask you to PLEASE try to communicate with someone who might know your native language, whatever it may be. You haven't indicated which that is yet. There are a number of multilingual editors here (I only know German and a little Latin) who should be able to help you out. Reasons

You do not need to pay money to edit again. No one ever needs to pay money to edit Wikipedia.

The reason you were blocked is because you were putting "RESURRECT THE DEAD ON PLANET JUPITER!!!" on lots of pages. This made me think that you were just being an idiot. I had no way of knowing that you planned to do reasonable editing afterwards.

I am going to reinstate your editing privileges; however, you only get one more chance to do something stupid. After that, you're banned again.

It looks like the text has already been changed. Would you want the link above to be classed as an "External Link", a "Reference", or something else? A ""Reference" would be for something used as a source of the information, while an "External Link" would just provide further data. We would need to know that to put it in correctly. And it helps if you hit the Shift key and the key to the left of the "1" key simultaneously to indicate when you're writing. Badbilltucker 01:15, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
