All right, so this is an open proxy. I'll explain: I use a service powered by Facebook that allows to use different services for free using your mobile data. The service is called Free Basics (it started as Internet.org). I use this because I have no WiFi. I'm a intermediate editor on the Spanish Wikipedia (you can check that here). I really want to help in the English Wikipedia. Thank you again. IP address: 2a03:2880:30:2fda:face:b00c:0:8000 (but I'm pretty sure it changes each time I turn on my mobile data).

Please see WP:OPENPROXY. Once a proxy is determined to be opened, it is blocked and it stays blocked until there is no longer an open proxy on that IP. This is Wikipedia policy. We're sorry, but if you want to edit, you have to not use an open proxy. (Also the fact you originally denied using a proxy when you were and, from this statement, knew you were, is concerning: please be honest to start with in the future, it make things much easier.)
