You removed the part of the Emergency Alert System page where it talked about the second national Emergency Alert System on the basis that it never happened. The test is scheduled to happen September 28th as was stated in the removed sentences, and it's only September 23rd.
The file File:CTV Promotions Logo.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
