Please don't add LP3

Please do not add Poland's LP3 chart to song articles. This chart is compiled through votes—it says so here if you click on "nagrania do głosowania"—not traditional figures such as sales/airplay/streaming/etc. This effectively makes it a single-vendor chart, which are forbidden in song articles.
