Hi Syphon8!

Thanks for the interesting info about Leonardo da Vinci. I've actually turned it into a footnote, because it distracts from the particular paragraph. I have read something like "When the king heard about his death he was very upset" which definitely conflicts with the notion that he was present.

Could you please get a full reference for your author, including the ISBN number which will be written somewhere in the book, and possibly on the back cover. Separate the parts of the number like ISBN 0-00-0000-0

  • Author, Title, Publisher (date) ISBN

The right place to put all this is on the page called Cultural depictions of Leonardo da Vinci where you can write about it at considerable length if you want to.

I don't actually have the book on me, but I can cite it from memory except for the ISBN.

  • Charles Nicholl, Flights of the Mind, Penguin Books (2005)

More on Lenny Baby

I've had a fiddle with Cultural depictions of Leonardo da Vinci and given you a lead in, so that it doesn't break into the description of the painting... You'll find it, no doubt... --Amandajm 12:49, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Len again

I've just rejigged the main article. I created a new subsection, which already referred to his death and Vasari's description. I removed your info to that section aand created an inline reference. At the section where you previously added the info, I made a reference to the one above.

But it needs to cite in full the source of the info. If you drop it on my talk page I'll insert it everywhere it's nnecessary. Thanks! --Amandajm 02:58, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh. I've just noticed your reply.... OK.... It's quite easy to find out the info. Do a Google search. Look it up on Amazon and it will tell you all about it.

Hilarious instruments

Please don't add any more instruments to that insulting category. I've removed all current members.—Kww(talk) 02:31, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
