Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Geevarghese Mar Dionysius of Vattasseril, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Puthuppally (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:07, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Order of St. Thomas (religious order), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, Swordofcherubim. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Order of St. Thomas".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! CptViraj (📧) 16:39, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Malankara–Persia relations, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Malabar (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

September 2022

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Baselios Marthoma Mathews III. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. The use of the word "idiotic" to describe good-faith editing is never permitted. If you wish to comment on the content of edits, deriding edit summaries reversions are typically frowned upon. If you have more questions about appropriate behavior on articles, please reach out or feel welcome to read WP:FIVEPILLARS as a primer! Editing is a collaborative experience; remember to stick to policy and assume good faith! ~ Pbritti (talk) 00:38, 16 September 2022 (UTC) Pbritti (talk) 00:38, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Pbritti:You just went ahead and deleted a bunch of credible citations that I painstakingly added. On the one hand, I have to deal with other editors adding "needs additional citations" tags to every section. On the other hand, I have to deal with perfectly good citations getting deleted by other editors. I hope you understand my frustration here, especially the subject of the article being one that editors from dissident faction in Malankara try to aggressively besmirch. Just look at the edit history on that page or any related pages. I apologize for my rude response to you. Swordofcherubim (talk) 01:25, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Swordofcherubim: Apology wholly accepted and appreciated. However, your statement demonstrates that there may be a conflict-of-interest issue with your editing in this singular subject area. I would discourage you from editing on topics related to Indian Christianity unless you feel you can avoid similar personal attacks in the future. If you feel like you can, then by all means keep editing; knowledgable contributions are deeply needed in that topic. Additionally, while I am sure you spent time adding those sources, keeping material to two reliable independent sources is far better than overwhelming an article with lower-quality and non-independent sources. I would encourage you to self-revert those sources, but that is absolutely not necessary and is open to discussion (I hope my ping on the article talk page showed up for you; we can discuss more there if you would like). Thanks for apologizing, and please feel free to remove this warning from your talk page at your convenience! ~ Pbritti (talk) 01:33, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
