- Hi there Supergirlsally, great to welcome you here but you need to do some research about how pages here on Wikipedia are put together. Your referencing is also not standard, you should use the simple 'Templates' drop-down menu in the top left corner while editing and choose cite web before entering the details to end up with a neat and linked reference.
- The pages you contribute to also contain sections on 'why this organisation exists' which are not encyclopedic at all and veer into independent research. I can see these were added with good intent but please compare any pages you create with well established similar pages to get an idea of the content you should be recording. For instance, detailing the broad poverty and education conditions in Cambodia is not something that should be expanded upon in an article specifically about an organisation in Cambodia. Of course it can note that they work to address poverty but references and further details of general poverty are not relevant (otherwise we would have this information duplicated across tens or even hundreds of pages on Cambodian organisations). Please drop me a line for any assistance as I have been around for a while on here, have worked in Cambodia on poverty and education and have worked extensively on international volunteering programmes.
