Work Plan

For the article on vacuum aspiration, I would like to go in and come up with a better-worded definition of the procedure. I think that using some newer resources would be helpful for this. I would like to have some resources to back up the safety of the procedure because currently, this is a topic that is addressed, and statements are made without resources to back this up. I would also like to update the section on benefits over D&C. This is another section that could use some better resources. I don't think there are currently any changes to make to the description of the procedure itself, but this is something to maybe reevaluate later. I think the updated definition and resources for the safety of the procedure are the most important focus for now.

Peer Review

The additions you made to this article were great, Studentdocvik! It really made the article more well rounded and complete. The only thing I could possibly think of that may need to be improved is updating the sources that are used -- a few of the references cite Baird (2001) and another source from 1994 (Mahomed). Other than that, keep on doing what you're doing. It's looking great! ChefJeffLi (talk) 20:13, 15 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much for your feedback! I have been unable to find more recent articles with the supporting information from the older articles you listed, unfortunately. This is definitely a growing field of research. I added in newer resources where possible, but I felt it would be good to leave the older ones as well for context!
