I realize that ScottishFinnishRadish suggested you could just post your proposed changes here, it's not the usual way to suggest changes. It's a burden on other editors to have to compare one large block of text that is being proposed to replace another large block of text where much of the original text is intended to remain unchanged. If you could break down your proposed changes into smaller bites, it would perhaps be easier to assist you.
The other thing you have not addressed with these posts is the original question of whether you have some sort of connection with Anderson or one of his projects.
One reason other editors may see some of your edits as overly promotional is that they are cited to Anderson's own work or interviews. Anderson has magnificent skills as a self-promoter, so we need to avoid allowing that promotion to wind up in the article. Yes, I do know him. I realize now I need to disclose that and use the appropriate template. I'm just unclear with it now being categorized as a biography if I have to use the same process with the conflict of interest template. I recommend that you explain your connection with him by writing a simple explanatory statement on your user page. The templates lack nuance. You should, in your statement, be clear about whether or not you are being paid for your efforts. That should satisfy the disclosure requirements, but you still have to be careful to maintain a neutral tone in your edits. And, if you have a conflict of interest, it's recommended that you make requested edits on the talk page of the article rather than edit the article directly.
While we do want accurate information, that information needs to come from a published, reliable source.
