Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cayo Largo del Sur. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. drt1245 (talk) 19:44, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Isla de la Juventud. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. drt1245 (talk) 19:49, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I was not aware of the guidelines very clearly and I am a first time user of editing content in Wikipedia, hence forth I will follow the guidelines precisely Snehaprakash07 (talk) 21:40, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 22:04, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

UTRS decline

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time. Please describe in greater detail how your editing was unconstructive and how you would edit constructively if unblocked. Request reason:

I am blocked from edit access on Wikipedia and my IP address is blocked as well. blocking my access was not necessary as i had no intentions for any damage or disruption of contents. I understand why I was blocked, I made a few errors by adding links without the contents. I will not do it again. My goal was to edit tourism-related content in cayo largo del Sur, Cuba, as I work in a tourism field, I have few tourist contents that I can add to Wikipedia, which could be a great source of information, I am trying to make it productive contributions instead. I understand the protocols and guidelines as mentioned and will not repeat this mistake. I request for my user id and ip address to be unblocked so that I can resume my work Snehaprakash07 (talk) 11:19, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request.
