Hello, my name is Shriya and I love science. I have contributed to an already existing article about countertops. I created a section on the article about laboratory countertops. Feel free to ask me any questions about that particular section or anything that I might be able to help with!

Hi Shriyashah9! Thank you for your contribution to the article.

  1. Please add references to your contribution. Please read WP:REF and use {{cite}}. Only in limited circumstances, commercial refs may be used.
  2. Please improve the quality of you writing to be more specific.
  3. Please improve the quality of the image. Please tidy up the background before taking a photo.

Please find appropriate references for your work. This is the most important part of the assignment. --Taweetham (talk) 04:11, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Ajarn Taweetham,

  1. Does this work? I already spoke to you about wanting to use a commercial website as my ref because all the websites that do describe lab countertops are commercial, but they are quite descriptive.

  1. I made a couple of minor edits on my writing, but I'm not sure what else to add. By more specific, do you want me to go into more details of the types of materials used? Because the wiki page itself has an entire section on materials right after.
  2. I uploaded an aerial view and side view of the laboratory workplace.

Hi

  1. Please find a few refs along the line of this [1] and format it using {{cite web}}
  2. You may edit the material section if there is a need to do so. Otherwise, put your information into your section.
  3. Thank you for the new photos.

Hi Shriyashah9! Thank you for your contribution to the article countertop. Here's the list of things you can do to improve the article.

  1. The article has several issues, e.g., 'additional citations', 'does not cite any source'. It would be nice to get rid of these, and be sure to add references to your texts.
  2. Your uploaded images are nice. Good job.

Leave me a message if you have any questions. Cheers. -Athikhun.suw (talk) 02:37, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

  1. I just added the citation, thank you for helping me out!
  2. http://www.duratop-epoxy.com/ is this a reliable source?
  3. Is my paragraph on lab countertops okay?

Shriyashah9 (talk) 04:06, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Shriyashah9,

  1. Please do not remove all categories from the article. This may be considered a disruptive behaviour. I have added more appropriate categories to the article.
  2. Please have a look at MUIC library "Guidelines for laboratory design: CALL NO: TH4652 G946 2013".
  3. Your text will be ok when it is supported by references. I need to see both text and ref(s) at the same time to be able to give a definitive comment.

Hi! If you have difficulty in finding appropriate references for your test, please note that It is also acceptable to use product brochures as reference according to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Chemistry. --Athikhun.suw (talk) 01:20, 12 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  1. I have added additional references to my text, thank you! I used the US patent and a product brochure.
