I would like to know whether it is against Wikipedia's rules to have someone go and edit everything that other people have added on a wikipedia subject? Welcome to Wikipedia. In principle, anyone is allowed to edit anything, nobody WP:OWNs any article. Read WP:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle: the general idea is that, if you see a change you think will improve the encyclopedia, you should be BOLD and make it. If someone then reverts your change, you should not revert back (which can lead to WP:Edit warring), but should discuss the issue on the article talk page, and try to reach a WP:Consensus with other users. If you cannot reach consensus, there are WP:Dispute resolution processes.
If you believe that edits are being made by someone who is paid or otherwise has a WP:Conflict of interest, you can make a report on the COI noticeboard at WP:COI/N, which will encourage other users to look at the issue.

Over a year ago I added something on a Wikipedia page which I knew first hand was verifiable. It has now been changed by the same editor who has regularly updated nearly every section of the listed page. This same author is also directly involved in updating an association page, directly associated with the content - which I believe is more than a coincidence. I understand you have to follow etiquette but if there is a direct conflict of interest what is the best way of reporting it? If Association members are interfering with free speech to stop criticism what can you do? I don't want to disclose the page to the public so how do I report this privately?

"I knew at first hand" is not enough to meet the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy, which is that "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source." The first step in any content dispute is to discuss it on the article talk page. If you have a reliable source for the material you think should be added you can either add it directly, citing the source, or make a note about it on the talk page saying that you propose to add it. If talk page discussion doesn't produce a consensus, see Wikipedia:Dispute resolution.
The fact that somebody regularly edits a page is not necessarily proof of a COI - many editors ("editor" means just the same as "user", there is no separate class of "editors") have "watchlisted" articles they have edited or otherwise have an interest in, and that is the way a lot of random vandalism gets corrected.
If you have a reasonable suspicion of COI editing, the place to report it is WP:COI/N.
In principle, everything on Wikipedia is open (though, of course, the identity of users is not). If you are not willing to say which article concerns you, it is hard to give any further advice. Lodging a Dispute

I believe there needs to be an eye run over two wikipedia pages that have been updated in favor of the show and association. Can someone please advise if they can help please?

Is there anyone who can advise as 3rd person how to respond to changes which remove neutral voice?
