Pinyin vandal

This guy has been trashing up China-related articles for a very long time, and has been blocked multiple times before for the exact same reason. He's been a long-term disruptive editor who makes up his own imaginary Chinese romanisations, and often replaces "China" with "Communist China" on random occasions. Someone's already notified WP:AIV. --benlisquareTCE 07:05, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Language

Hi there SHENME, from Portugal,

in this context (Mr. Codina's article), "link" means the same or "contract" or "deal", it means he is "linked" (or "was" until last week) to Getafe CF. I did it just to vary the words. Of course, if I am wrong in this approach (I am NOT a native English speaker), please revert me.

Happy editing --84.90.219.128 (talk) 05:41, 12 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You can check user's contributions Special:Contributions/68.100.166.227, as user has been blocked many times due to adding non-notable publications to biography pages. --Eldarion (talk) 06:59, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request for comment

An editor has asked for a discussion on the deprecation of Template:English variant notice. Since you've had some involvement with the English variant notice template, you might want to participate in the discussion if you have not already done so.Godsy(TALKCONT) 07:12, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nice catch

I made the first two corrections you suggested. Nice catches, although in the future you may want to just correct misspellings on your own. If I get a chance I will try to find another source, but I believe what is there will satisfy WP:RS. Good thing Madison didn't listen, isn't it? --BrianCUA (talk) 11:46, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies for revert

I apologize for the mistake as I was rushing through articles and their histories. I have reverted back to your original version And I will make sure to carefully review revisions thoroughly before making reverts in the future.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
