You can tell that about you DeltaQuad !!

Let's see, the subject of my IP address is already solved long ago, so you can know what happens now User: DeltaQuad??!!!--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:25, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hello again ... I have been blocked by my IP address when it already been fixed long time, but here it seems that people are not aware of anything ... a few months ago I installed a program on Google Chrome for my vote in MTV VMA they were counted, changing my IP address to USA, but as something "bad" was blocked, but once explained my situation to the user that I block I got it and I remove the lock, but it seems that we are again with the same ... I repeat User: DeltaQuad, unlock because everything is a bad understood this whole matter was settled at the time, this block does not make any sense now, mostly because I do not use the fake address , before going into Wikipedia, I turn off the program for my actual address to be used ... please, this has already been solved, remove the block ...--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:48, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

Decline reason:

This account is not blocked. It is very difficult to understand your unblock request, as it is not written in coherent English, but as far as I can make out, you seem to be saying that you are affected by an IP block, and that you have in the past used a proxy to evade scrutiny of your editing. If you are subject to an IP block, then you will have to tell us what IP address is blocked, as otherwise we have no way of knowing what IP address you want unblocked. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 15:54, 15 August 2014 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@JamesBWatson: This user used the proxy to edit from another account (User:CyrockingSmiler) during their block, doing questionable actions such as passing an article for Good Article status, among other things. The checkuser at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SergiSmiler could not confirm due to the proxy, but it is very clear WP:DUCK. STATic message me! 20:16, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
@STATicVapor: I don't have any other account and I don't know any SergiSmiler. This is my only account and this SergiSmiler is totally unrelated to me. What questionable actions have I done? I always try to do the right thing and if any other editor tells me I have done something wrong I apologize and correct it. Why are you trying to trap me into this? I have done nothing wrong and I don't deserve to be treated like this. I don't have any another account. Stop trying to involve me in this. CyrockingSmiler (talk) 07:59, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
@CyrockingSmiler: I don't see any evidence that these two accounts are run by the same person. The one thing they have in common is an interest in Miley Cyrus, but so do many people. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:21, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
@JamesBWatson: Thank you for understanding that I'm totally uninvolved in this whole thing. I don't know what issue User:STATicVapor has with me and was trying to trap me into this. CyrockingSmiler (talk) 18:35, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

Hey !!! Wait, I have more accounts !! not invent besides, if you understood a little computer would know that regardless of the accounts, IP addresses are the same, no change, so not worth it created another also must say CyrockingSmiler editions are very good, congratulations.--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:31, 16 August 2014 (UTC)

Here we explained what happened, I hope now you can understand JamesBWatson... What happened is that I change the IP address for voting on the MTV awards, because I'm from Barcelona, and only the votes of USA are posted so use a program so that my vote was American, when it occurred, my fake IP address was blocked and a user as you explained to me, I told him what had happened and I quickly unlocked, and so far I've been using my real IP address, which is 77,228,166,156, but it seems that the user I lock again ... well not attend, I hope JamesBWatson I can unlock, thanks.--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:31, 16 August 2014 (UTC)

The IP address 77.228.166.156 is blocked as a proxy. Certainly the IP address has open ports, but I have been unable to confirm that it is running an open proxy. I will check with DeltaQuad, the administrator who blocked the IP address. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 07:34, 17 August 2014 (UTC)
Okay, hopefully soon be solved, thanks for help.--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:31, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
Having consulted the blocking administrator, I am inclined to unblock. However, you say "I have more accounts". Are you willing to say what accounts they are, to avoid any possible suspicions that you may be abusing multiple accounts? The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:21, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
You should be able to edit from this account now. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:33, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
Now I can re-edit !! Thank you very much !!! Regarding the accounts, again, alone and only have one, thanks!--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:37, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
  • New information has reached me which makes it certain that this IP address is, or very recently has been, hosting an open proxy, whereas previously I thought it was only suspected. I'm afraid the block has therefore been restored. If you can explain why you are editing from an IP address used to host an open proxy, the block may possibly be lifted, but in view of the fact that you are known to have used at least one other proxy for the purpose of concealing the truth about yourself, it needs to be a convincing explanation. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 19:37, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
But this? JamesBWatson!!! But if you and I have explained twice! This is unbearable ... I repeat, if you use a proxy to USA in order to vote at the VMA MTV this year and so my vote was counted, because only the votes of USA are posted, and I'm Spanish, so only use it for that !! I've already explained several times ... I do not use that anymore !! Now I use my normal address, you have re-locked ... please, as I explain what happened, it's all a misunderstanding ... the first time was solved quickly, now they blocked me and I take it off turn back to me to put ... no makes no sense, please help me! Just use a program to change the IP address to another in order to vote in a musical award! I have no intention vandalism or anything, please help me and remove the block JamesBWatson...--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:46, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
I'm having serious trouble understanding what you are saying SergiSmiler, would you like to speak with someone who understands Spanish? @Hahc21: can help you there. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 10:23, 21 August 2014 (UTC)
See if writing simple you get to understand User:IndianBio... I was blocked by a misunderstanding with the IP address, because I change the proxy by one of the USA, because I wanted my vows at the MTV VMA they were posted, so I was blocked but he solve it, but now the story repeated by faults of User: DeltaQuad, which blocked my original account.--SergiSmiler (talk) 13:27, 21 August 2014 (UTC)
What I understood is that he used some tool to "cover" his IP address in order to vote for an awards show that allows only USA-votes. If that's what really happened, have you tried to disable this tool? I believe your IP address would then change back to your usual IP and you shouldn't be having any more trouble. decodet. (talk) 16:43, 21 August 2014 (UTC)
Well understood decodet., but the problem is that this tool is already off! I currently use my original direction, true, but this user has blocked me without knowing that this is already solved long ago when I started to use it! Please, it's been a misunderstanding ...--SergiSmiler (talk) 17:17, 21 August 2014 (UTC)
Are you sure SergiSmiler? Because I believe that what is blocked is the generated USA IP address, not your original one. If it's indeed disabled, shouldn't you be able to edit? If what's actually blocked is your actual IP address, because of the reasons JamesBWatson has said above, I don't think there's anything to do about it... decodet. (talk) 17:51, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

This is actually very amusing to read. Sorry if I'm out of line here but here's what I think: This user actually knows the English language. He/She (Chico/Chica) wants to just mess around with Wikipedia. His reasons for this edit warring are not valid. I think he needs an extended block so he/she can cool down. It is not wise to edit when you angry as it can cause some accidental arguments to stir. Sorry again if I'm out of line.Mirror Freak 16:54, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Yes you're out of place, indeed, your comment is completely censer, laughing at me unceremoniously also have no idea what happened here, so to annoy, do not ever edit my page User:MirrorFreak.--SergiSmiler (talk) 17:17, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

I saw that you said you were Spanish. I know a bit of Spanish and maybe I could translate it for you?(Not guaranteeing that it will be the best of translations)Mirror Freak 17:21, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Again, to laugh at me, do not edit my page User:MirrorFreak. Unless you apologize for your lack of respect.--SergiSmiler (talk) 17:23, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Alright SergiSmiler. I am aware that what I said was rude and I mean to correct it. I apologize for my brief lack of maturity. I can assure you that I will not laugh at a problem that is obviously humorless. Do you accept my apology? (I'm not logged in right now so it will show up as an IP address)173.78.222.115 (talk) 17:32, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Thanks to rectify, I accept your apology User:MirrorFreak.--SergiSmiler (talk) 17:35, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

I am going to say again, I am serious when I say, I saw that you said you were Spanish. I know a bit of Spanish and maybe I could translate it for you?(Not guaranteeing that it will be the best of translations)173.78.222.115 (talk) 17:52, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

So here's what he said, The case is that I have been blocked by my IP address, which I understand but everything has been a badly understood... As you know, I'm a big fan of Miley Cyrus, and to be nominated at the MTV VMA's this Sunday, I wanted to vote, but I found out that the votes accounted for only are those received from the USA, so I looked for an application for Google Chrome that lets you connect to the web with another IP address, which can be in any area, so you can say to change the proxy or whatever. At that time a user, I don't remember which, I was lock by making use of this, both discussed and I understood it, I explain exactly the same as all of you, so I unlock, and since then so that he should not return to occur, I have been with the application off whenever he entered Wikipedia, using my original IP address, but it seems that DeltaQuad does not know anything, because I have come to be block... everything is understood... until I returned to unlock...I can highlight the fact that this same I step in the Wikipedia in Spanish, where it is currently more than solved, but it seems that the English are very slow to understand that this has been a bug... I really I do not know how to explain... just things I'm a guy who wants to see Miley with a MoonMan... have no intentions of vandalism on Wikipediaon the contrary... I hope that now with your help, or someone who knows Spanish, help me... thanks.--173.78.222.115 (talk) 18:19, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

User:Daniel Case I know SergiSmiler meant no harm to Wikipedia. I just spoke with him in Spanish through my IP address and I think I know what the problem is. He wants the information that is in the Spanish wiki to be the same in the English wiki. You following me?Mirror Freak 18:36, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

The block has now been removed. If you want to know more about it, see DeltaQuad's talk page. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 07:19, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
