Tianwen-1 and Zhurong Rover

is it allowed in wikipedia to use a fair use non rationale multimedia in more than one wikipedia page, there is two pages, Zhurong (rover) and Tianwen-1, which i think as both needing the multimeia file, please give me correct guidelines so that the multimedia made by me be permitted to be used on both the pages. i don't want my notification box to get alerts that it will not be permitted for on of the pages. the multimedia is a extract from a video that shows Zhurong rover's deployment from the lander, heard by Mars Climatic Station (MCI). i am sharing the wiki page not the image due to wikpedia fair use policy.

Sorry, I'm not a specialist in chinese copyright. I just read, that (if not otherwise stated) images and other media of US federal agencies can be published, but that is not true for CNSA. Maybe you can ask there?

UTC time template

Is this the current template to calculate a UTC time for a new flight by Ingenuity helicopter on Mars?

They are not formally recognized templates, so they do not seem to render a result when Previewed. By what method can either one produce a result? Which produces a correct result? The templates in the template namespace have been deleted after discussion. They are still available in my namespace including documentation: Marstime Mars2020time

The only intrinsic feature is the ratio of day length between Mars and Earth = 1.02749125. From a given point the template stretches the difference in Mars Sols and LMST to the Mars reference point by this factor and adds it to the Earth reference point.

With Marstime you can use any reference pair (Mars: Sol, LMST Earth: Date, time) calculate the (Earth: date, time) for a given (Mars: Sol, LMST), so it can be used also for past or future missions.

For Marstime2020 a reference pair for the Mars 2020 Mission is already included : Sol_ref=232 LMST 04:01:31 is at the same time as UTC 2021-10-14 17:36:41

If you want to convert a Sol, LMST of a Mars 2020 event into UTC you can use {{User:Schrauber5/Mars2020time|Sol=58|Mars_time=12:35}} which results in 2021-04-19T07:36:05+00:00

I continue to want any article using results of the template to have documentation within the article, so readers understand the source of the UTC, and any editor with a little experience can see how to add the information. That is currently how the Sol value is added for new Ingenuity flights--the template is easy to fill in. I would support implementation in mainspace of the template that converts both the Sol and Marstime to an Earth date and UTC that, like Sol, would be easily readable and directly visible in the article:

{{User:Schrauber5/testMars2020time|Sol=<variable>|Mars_time=<variable>}}

With an appropriate explanation to the wiki community, which I'm willing to contribute to, I think this template could now be accepted. If for some reason the template is not accepted or used in the article, I plan to add a Note that will explain where the UTC information comes from, because, presently, neither readers nor editors can find it in existing sources. One could install and run Java Tool Mars24 to convert any Sol, LMST to UTC, and give that as a source.
