While I'm a little less interested in Harvard Medical School than the previous topic, this is actually a great example to review.
What would you expect to find in such an article. Looking at the lead, I'd expect to find out more about why this is a notable topic (like the first sentence from the history section).
The second part of the lead definitely seems like more of an advertisment than an encyclopedic entry, yeah?
