Adding redlinks for student orgs without articles

Hi @Salvationichor, I noticed you added some redlinks for student orgs that don't currently have articles with the statement that you're going to create them. I'm going to give you a suggestion that you need to fully read WP:N and WP:RS before thinking about that or you might end up wasting your time because it might be the case that a lot of those articles end up getting nominated for deletion.
