This is a direct attributed quote from Rosenshine's original paper.[1] The source listed in the copyvio report [2] actually copied from the same source.
I've edited the text to make it clear that this is a direct quote.
I believe these quotes satisfy MOS:QUOTE Brief quotations of copyrighted text may be used to illustrate a point, establish context, or attribute a point of view or idea. . The full set of ten points is needed to establish Rosenshines point of view, and establish the context. The wording is quite particular and any attempt to paraphrase would subtly alter the meaning. The second quote shows how Rosenshines has purposly altered the language over time. --Salix alba (talk): 15:55, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I tend to disagree as this seems a case of Wikipedia:Do not include the full text of lengthy primary sources: the quotes added are a significant part of the whole article, which counts 286 words of prose and 196 words of direct quotes. I would even argue that the quoted material is the core intellectual property of the author, and this is not a brief quotation [...] to illustrate a point but rather the equivalent of adding lyrics to an article about a pop song. It is very far from the full text. Rosenshine adds commentary in his paper which is 9 pages long.
For the second set, generous reproduction rights are given at [3] It is available free of charge and may be freely reproduced and translated into other languages. Please send a copy of any publication that reproduces this text in whole or in part to the IAE and the IBE.--Salix alba (talk): 16:41, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hi Salix alba. Thank you for your work on Barak Rosenshine. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thanks for creating the page for Rosenshine. I note that a set of modern articles in which Rosenshine's work is the primary focus act as independent sources to support notability. I've added the template:authority control to help link readers to other helpful resources.
