Jewish Center of the Hamptons

Please note that I have taken the opportunity to clean up this article. Several items to note in my cleanup are:

1. The congregation that inhabits this building is not, in itself, notable. The article is only valid for inclusion as an article about a notable piece of architecture. Therefore, much material about the congregation has been removed.
2. There is already an article about Norman Jaffe; therefore, we don't need to reproduce his biography at this page.
3. There is a specific syntax for creating citations in Wikipedia. I have rewritten your citations to match this syntax.
