Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kapil Sharma. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. our manual of style and manner of address

Hello, I reverted your edit [1] as it is not compliant with the Wikipedia manual of style. We do not intimately refer to people by their given names as if we were their besties. We utilize their full name or their surname. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 02:07, 27 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring on surnames

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Bigg Boss 9. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Psychonaut (talk) 10:26, 3 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Rupz, please explain what community guidelines you were following when you removed character surnames in this edit. If you cannot explain, please restore the surnames. Feel free to respond here; I've added your talk page to my watchlist. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:47, 5 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Rupz, I've noticed that you haven't fixed the problem raised above. Is there any reason for this? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:32, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
