Removing former blocked Notice
I've removed the former block notices and discussions. I believe this is in accordance with Wikipedia policy now that the account is unblocked; however, if I am incorrect, I'm certain someone with admin privledges will correct me. I cannot reasonably expect anyone to leave me comments about the articles I'm working on without this update. Would you leave a message here on my talk page when those glaring red block discussions dominated the landscape? Enough said. RGK (talk) 23:59, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

I have unblocked this account and am giving you a second chance. The conditions are the following: 1) You will not write about yourself on any page on Wikipedia except about your Wikipedia persona including: userboxes about your personality, habits or traits; brief paragraph about your interests and hobbies; and Wikipedia-related content. 2) You will not write about companies you do or have worked for, their partners, their competition, or any area where you have a direct WP:COI. 3) If you have changes where you have a conflict of interest, you will propose them on the article's talk page and allow another user to implement them. If you violate these conditions, the block may be reimposed at the discretion of a reviewing administrator. These conditions may be reviewed in six months or at the discretion of a community discussion. My advice to you is to edit carefully and demonstrate a willingness to abide by Wikipedia's policies and not to promote your own business interests. If you show that you intend to edit constructively, I do not see why these restrictions will be necessary later on.--v/r - TP 23:14, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
