The Lead

It's not a bad start. Instead of talking about the music (not essential), you should explain who The Fresh Prince is. This will help you briefly lay out the premise of the show.

Fix your spelling problems: the name of the show should be capitalized. No colon in the last sentence - end it with a period.

Change "It started airing" to "It aired."
