Samuel Elbert

Hi Richard, Just wanted to let you know that I requested a reassessment of article class for Samuel Elbert because I think a lot of the work you put in has moved it up to B-class. I did so on the Military Wikiproject because I think they do a very good and consistent job of rating articles. Just wanted to let you know in case you see any critical comments on the talk page in the near future. This is just a way to continue to improve the article.
