Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.
Here's an example of how to add references:

Wikipedia is not a place to write about yourself or your music - see WP:MUSICBIO for what a musical performer needs to have achieved before having an article, and WP:Autobiography for why in any case it is not a good idea to write about yourself. There are sites like Myspace and Facebook where you can do that, but Wikipedia is different - it's a project to build an encyclopedia.
