I had to remove the book excerpt as it was too much. There is another Wiki for books and as long as the book is no longer covered by copyright it might be ok there. As it was though it overwhelmed the information on Qadi Iyad. A couple of short quotes would be OK but I also see that Ash-Shifa bi ta'rif huquq al-Mustafa (Ash-Shifa) is a red link so it might be a good idea to explain about the book there.
