Coin test

Thanks for your addition to pneumothorax. I had an interesting time finding a reference, but a 2000 letter in the New England Journal of Medicine will do. On coin test, however, there is only one source that (in my view) is not a reliable source on its own accord. Do you have another source, or shall we simply apply the NEJM source there as well?
