Not sure, but I think the aforementioned WikiProject is for people in the film industry, not music. I've seen you linking it to many musicians. Just thought I should let you know. dxneo (talk) 12:33, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- D, also uncertain, now that you've mentioned it. It appears it's commonly added on notable African musician articles too, who are regarded as key creatives, i.e. Fela Kuti, Solomon Linda, Vusi Mahlasela, Joseph Shabalala, Tabu Ley Rochereau, Nico Kasanda, Manu Dibango, Baligh Hamdi and K-Tino (not my additions and some (rater) added up to a decade or more ago) who are not predominatly nor primarily associated with acting nor the film industry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
