Your "beercott" took up a disproportionate amount of space in the article, and as far as I can tell, constitutes a conflict of interest. When it happens, put it back with appropriate sources and keep it trim - the article is about them, not their tenants, and so they will need to be the focus. As pointed out by Thedarxide, the "beercott" group has not yet had any impact on this and therefore is a speculation. By all means create a seperate article with back links to this (and I suspect the Punch Taverns article.
