We are downgrading the blocks for each to a block for disruptive meatpuppetry, including edit warring, article hijacking, and what appears to be some promotional editing; as well as failing to understand how notability functions here (see WP:42 for a very brief overview). Any administrator may process an unblock request accordingly, taking into account the specifics of each users' participation prior to the SPI.
Preethika B, please review the guide to appealing the blocks and then either use the {{unblock}} template or use the unblock ticket request system to request an unblock (with a preference to the former). I am writing to request an unblock for my account, which has been blocked due to suspicion of sock puppetry or other disruptive behavior. I would like to state unequivocally that I am not a sock puppet and have not engaged in any disruptive behavior on Wikipedia. I understand that sock puppetry and other disruptive behaviors are serious violations of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and I fully respect and support the efforts of Wikipedia's administrators to maintain the integrity of the site. However, I would like to stress that I have not engaged in any such behavior, including but not limited to meatpuppetry, edit warring, article hijacking, or promotional editing. I would like to apologize for any mistakes I may have made, and I want to assure you that they were unintentional. I am new to Wikipedia and I am eager to learn more about the site and its policies. In order to improve my knowledge and contribute in a better way, I am willing to participate in regular meetups, workshops, and online tutorials. I want to clarify that I am not a sockpuppet of Vishwanatha Badikana Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Vishwanatha Badikana, nor have I undergone any meat puppet or disruptive edits on Wikipedia. I understand the importance of following Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and I apologize for any mistakes I may have made in the past, which were unintentional. I have taken the time to educate myself on Wikipedia's policies and guidelines to ensure that I can contribute positively to the platform. I am eager to continue contributing to Wikipedia and believe that I can do so in a constructive manner.
