NECOBELAC

NECOBELAC (Network of Collaboration Between Europe and Latin American Carribean countries) is a project recently (2009) funded by the European Commission within its 7th framework program.

The project NECOBELACintends to create a network of institutions to promote best practices in scientific writing and open access dissemination models in the field of public health.

The promoter of the project is the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, the national institute of health in Italy, having long experience in the production of scientific journals and leader in Italy in the online and free distribution of its research papers, through the digital archive D-Space Iss DSPACE ISS
