Refs

Changes like this mess up the reference numbering system. Inclusion (education) needs a lot of clean up work. If you want, we could convert to Author-date parenthetical references instead of the current <ref> tags, or we could keep the ref tags and move them to the list-defined refs system (which clears the reference text out of the middle of the article, while keeping the numbering right). I don't really care one way or the other, I fixed the problems you created, and there were (and still are) problems like this even before you started on it. (So don't feel guilty!) Inclusion

Hi Phoebe,

I think we need to talk about the definition. A student who is mainstreamed, absolutely must, by definition, spend part of his school time outside of the general education classroom. A student who never leaves the general education classroom is, by definition, fully included.
