Help me!

I need to update the page on List of Poliomyelitis Survivors. There is a brand new article that states why FDR did have Poliomyelitis, not Guillain Barre syndrome. I just need to know how to include this new, and better information. I am so new to this, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
