Triple Crown (baseball)

Is there some reason you reverted the AL's last Triple Crown winner from Carl Yastremski to Mickey Mantle? Yaz is correct, and Frank Robinson won it between Mantle and Yaz. See here. Ed Fitzgerald ^{t / c} 02:32, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for making me aware of the talk page. I am not a very active editor and tend to stick to glaring grammatical mistakes that definitely count as minor, and it did not occur to me to let you know why I was undoing your edit. I know better now. I see also that the you have since made an attempt to clarify some of the section's language to make it obvious that the reference is to the last Major League winner, not the last AL winner, and that the person in question is, in fact, Mickey Mantle. --Nstgtr42 (talk) 19:36, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
