Your edits to Norman F. Lent

If you are indeed Mr. Lent, greetings from one of your former constituents. I have copyedited your revisions to your article, and also "wikified" the drafting (that is, made some changes in accordance with our style rules and the like). I have also added some additional information about your service on House Committees and reworded a couple of sentences that did not follow our important policy of neutral point of view. Please also bear our policy on conflicts of interest in mind in your future editing. This does not prohibit the subject of an article from editing it himself or herself, but does urge that such an editor be aware of the potential concerns this raises as we try to create a neutral and reliable encyclopedia. Finally, the introduction of appropriate references and sources will increase the value of this or any article.

Apart from the article on yourself, we would welcome any input you might provide concerning articles of other Members of Congress with whom you served—or any other topics of interest to you. Welcome again, and happy editing. Newyorkbrad 21:05, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
