Speedy deletion nomination of Nilesh Sahaya

You haven't established notability. Notability isn't inherited, having famous parents or grandparents doesn't make him notable. He's been in one film, we are not told whether he was leading man or an extra. You also need more than one independent verifiable sources, and more facts. 12:34, 24 November 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Nilesh sahay, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Your changes made it very difficult for me to find the editing history of pages referred to in messages, as you changed the titles of those pages. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.
