However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. WP:MUSIC

If you care to read WP:MUSIC#Songs, you will see that

Most songs do not merit an article and should redirect to another relevant article, such as for a prominent album or for the artist who wrote or prominently performed the song.

Unless these songs charted, and you can prove it, there is no need for an article. Feel free to add any sourced info into the album article page however. Nouse4aname (talk) 08:08, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
