Railway images

I'm guessing from your contributions that you're the user who has previously contributed from the IP addresses 84.70.214.49, 62.136.64.179 and 84.70.34.63, so I thought I'd copy the message I left here a few days ago:

Please don't add the "future fleet" images back to the London Midland and Chiltern Railways articles. The reasons that caused them to be removed have been explained on the discussion page Talk:London Midland#Photos of future fleet (and the same applied to the Class 172 image on the Chiltern page. In particular, Image:Class 172.jpg is a copyrighted image obtained from the Bombardier website, which is used under fair use considerations; such images have to be used sparingly. There is a case for it to be included on the British Rail Class 172 article, but not in the fleet line-ups on TOC articles. Thanks, --RFBailey (talk) 20:20, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:305scotrail.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
