The reason left by SamHolt6 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The article has seen incremental changes over the last several months. However, the reasons for previous declines (lack of in-depth, independent coverage, the over-citation of WP:PRIMARY-based information, promotional tone) have not been fully addressed. While en.wiki does not discriminate against foreign-language sources, it does favor sources written in English over other languages—given that no.wiki has recently deleted a similar article ([1]), it is safe to say this topic is not notable enough for an encyclopedia and would not survive WP:AFD. As such, I am rejecting this draft as being unsuitable.
