No, Hydrargyrum is not a banned sockpuppet. I'm a WP editor in good standing. If you had read my user page, you'd know that "hydrargyrum" is a synonym for "quicksilver". More to the point is whether My account now is a sock puppet: I've checked your user page and list of contributions, and it doesn't look very good for you. The account came into being yesterday, June 3, 2010, but your demonstrated use of wiki editing skills tells me you're not new to this environment. I'm sorry my account came into being so recently, but if you read the entire Discussion page for the Richard Colvin Cox article, then you would know I tried to add two legitimate sources to the article, including a 1952 edition of Life magazine that is still sold on Ebay. Another editor with the name "Wildhartlivie" removes everything I try to add to the Cox article either because of her vengeance against Mr. Cox or against me. Hard to know which or what. Apparently, people who are dead or legally missing have to tolerate oblivious Wikipedia editors. This is on my page so I might never know if you read this. I won't add it to your page, which I have read BTW. I won't add anything to Wildhartlivie's page even though she might want me to.
