Question about content you removed a few years ago?

Hello there. You made this change to the NPAPI page back in 2015. (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=NPAPI&oldid=683762160) It was added by myself and some of the other engineers at Adobe and Netscape that did the original prototypes, demos and development. I'm curious why you removed it? You mentioned "unsourced" but literally we were there. How do you define a valid source? Obviously we are sad that our contribution to this story was removed. But also just interested in the process. Thanks. 75.7.168.214 (talk) 23:14, 29 October 2021 (UTC)

Personal experience isn't allowed as as a source on Wikipedia -- that's called original research and isn't allowed. A verifiable source would be an engineering journal, newspaper, magazine, or other reputable source that can confirm the facts. Blogs and other online content aren't considered reliable. If you know of any sources that were published that could back up the facts, let me know and I can help vet them and potentially add the info back in. 2607:FEA8:A79F:A610:C8EA:D1A4:A84C:3C52 (talk) 23:19, 29 October 2021 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for the quick and informative response! Makes total sense. I remember being sent a book about the growth of PDF and it touched on the Netscape integration, but will have to see if I have the book still. Either way, thanks again for the info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.7.168.214 (talk) 23:22, 29 October 2021 (UTC)

Brand new logo for Warner Music Group

I work for Warner Music Group. I see you’re a member of the Wikiproject Music. There’s a brand new logo for WMG. I uploaded it to Wikimedia Commons as the representative of the company, but I know I’m not supposed to directly edit Wikipedia articles when I have a conflict of interest. Would you be able to take a look at the request to swap out the old logo and logo caption at Talk:Warner Music Group#Help switching to new logo ? Thank you so much for your consideration.Music2022 (talk) 00:10, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
