@Cwmhiraeth: the info that isn't already referenced is the first-hand knowledge of former employees, or from materials still pending for scanning and uploading to archive.org. put "citation needed" on anything you feel is lacking, and i'll try to find a document to back it up. unfortunately, some things are simply lost to history. eg, COMICS was used in monterey and san mateo jails 20 years ago, but i'm probably not going to be able to find proof. does wikipedia have a way to cite "personal testimony"? it would be a shame to lose true facts because they're too old to have a mention on the web. Mikegabe (talk) 17:58, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia does not like "personal testimony", calling it "original research". You really need secondary sources for the information, books, magazine articles, historical archives or similar. I have marked the article as unreviewed, and then someone else will look at it again later. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:33, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Cwmhiraeth: of the 13 products listed, only 3 (comics, freeccs, stride) don't include any reference links. material on those should eventually appear on archive.org, and then linking will be possible.Mikegabe (talk) 22:47, 13 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If the citations that are present, such as the one in the "Where Did They Move To?" paragraph, apply to the whole paragraph, you should move them to the end of the paragraph concerned. That will be a great improvement. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 04:57, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Semaphore Signal (periodical) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Semaphore Signal (periodical), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
