Nomination of Steven Sinnicks for deletion

G5 Evlekis. The article is a mix of real and hoax material, full of references to Max/Maxwell Pumpkin, an Evlekis alias (see SPI for a blocked sock by that name), and the "Co-operative", an imaginary "organisation" often referred to by Evlekis.
