Resubmitting over and again without addressing the fundamental problem of this article would not get this article accepted. Majority of the sources do not discuss her with enough significant coverage also, At least one of the sources used in the article appears to pr sponsored hence rendering it unreliable.

I'm not at all paid by any organization to create pages or make edits on Wikipedia. I decided to do this volunteery. The problem I'm facing is that all my drafts are accepted in French, but just one of them was accepted in English. This is the point !
