The mainspace article was "created" by a user who improperly cut and pasted your draft directly into articlespace before replacing your draft with the "article already exists" comment. That's not a valid process for getting an article created, so I've had to delete the article and restore the draft back to what it looked like before that other user erased it. Since you technically have a conflict of interest, the article will have to be carefully reviewed to make sure it's fully compliant with all of our content rules before it can be returned to articlespace again — so if you really feel it's ready, you're free to submit it for an AFC review. But it will have to be assessed by an AFC reviewer before it can be restored to articlespace, so please don't attempt to restore it to articlespace outside of the established AFC process. Thanks.
