This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

As before, reads like a promotional flyer for the company and has no indication of satisfying Wikipedia's guidelines on corporate notability. Paid placements in top ten lists and native advertising articles like this [1] ("Men’s Journal has affiliate partnerships so we may receive compensation for some links to products and services.") are not independent and do not have sufficient depth to indicate notability, same for interviews with owners or employees, etc. This might be a good source if it actually discusses the company in detail but all I can see is a passing mention (I don't have access to the full report) and merely stating that a company is important in their field isn't sufficient to satisfy the notability criteria, there has to be in-depth coverage of the company from multiple reliable sources.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
