Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Essex-Orleans Vermont Senate District, 2012–2022 into Orleans Vermont Senate District, 2022–2032. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 15:22, 7 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I did not realize that copying within articles required attribution. I will go ahead and add that for the Vermont Senate District, 2022-2032 pages. Thanks for the tip. Mangowallaby (talk) 02:14, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Vermont Senate districts, 2022–2032, is not suitable as written to remain published. While it appears to be notable, it needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. There are large sections which are wholly uncited. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. I did this rather than removing the uncited material in the article, which I felt would be more disruptive. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask on my talk page. When you have the required sourcing (and every assertion needs a source), and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Or feel free to ping me to take another look.Onel5969 TT me 12:13, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I only used two sources, published by the state of Vermont, that I cited at the bottom. I thought it was excessive to cite every sentence. Mangowallaby (talk) 22:00, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
