I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep -- you are not on some great miscreant-tracking database maintained by Jimbo Wales or Dick Cheney for adding one or two suite101.com links.
Here's some background on Suite101.com spam on Wikipedia:
You'll see among other things the Suite101.com CEO's defense of the company and its links -- that the spam was limited to a few links and a few rogue editors. That turns out not to have been the reality. Beyond that, these links just did not meet our Reliable Sources Guideline since they were effectively "self-published":
The informal spam-fighting group's alarm was primarily focused on the collective effect of 200+ Suite101.com links and our ire was primarily directed at the organization plus a few Suite101.com editors who had been warned previously but been persistent in adding these links anyway even after warnings. Also, some of the people posting to the finance articles had been problematic in other ways prior to any of this (personal attacks, etc.)
Bottom-line: you should never add links to your own work from a Wikipedia article because of the conflict of interest. That's true even if what you're linking to otherwise meets all Wikipedia's other requirements. See the conflict of interest guideline:
It is OK to link to (or cite) your own work on article talk pages and on your own user page (unless you're turning it into some sort of spammy link farm). You'll see the COI guideline says it's OK to suggest your own stuff on the article talk page for others to then add if they want.
If it makes you feel any better, I maintained a blog that was widely cited in my industry, however I only link to it from a user subpage of mine. If I ever saw a link to my blog in an article, I'd delete as "self-published" since my blog never had any editorial oversight or peer review and is therefore not "encyclopedic".

Battle Hymn complete printed music files for voice and all instruments
I wanted to suggest a resource to be added to the Battle Hymn page. I am a band director who does a unit each year on patriotic music with my elementary band students. I have several songs, including Battle Hymn that I have arranged and released into the public domain that I have made available for anyone to read, transpose, or print for their own use.
Complete Battle Hymn Sheet Music For Concert Instruments and/or Voice
The wiki article as it currently is shows a small bit of the music to Battle Hymn (in the Score section of the page), but it does not show the complete melody (the chorus and the last part of the verse is missing). Other links on the page link to a piano score, but nothing for individual instruments. The files I have created show the complete song, including lyrics for the voice part, and are very useful for anyone wanting to sing or play the song on any instrument or combination of instruments. All of the files can be instantly transposed and printed in any key needed by the user.
All of the files are free and are released into the public domain. Yes, there is a google ad at the top of the page, but I hope that is not a problem as it is an integrated part of the site template.
