Orphaned non-free media (File:KCEA logo.png)

Thanks for uploading File:KCEA logo.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Although this was certainly a mess, I assert that a national organization for the administration of taxation and customs is notable by default. (I'd have added much better references if I was able to read Spanish.) DS (talk) 14:44, 6 April 2014 (UTC)

I would also suggest that being a national taxation/customs organization is definitely enough by itself to establish notability, the fact that the article is a bit of a mess is a separate issue from the notability question -- Tawker (talk) 22:28, 6 April 2014 (UTC)

Perhaps but it's not clear that a dedicated article is necessary. Since there is only a single sentence here, couldn't this be covered in another article about this national government?--RadioFan (talk) 02:43, 7 April 2014 (UTC)

Objection for deletion of List of disappeared people of Nepal

Hi RadioFan, the article is comprehensive list of missing people of Nepal. I know it is not complete and needs to be updated. However, we can leave this as stub so that other editors can edit and add up other lists. So can you please remove the deletion tag? Thank you Ashish Lohorung (talk) 09:47, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
